On Sunday, 23rd November 2025, Future Stars Preparatory Nursery and Primary School—our flagship school project under Mafabi Apostolic Ministries International (MAMI)—held a joyful and memorable End-of-Year Speech Day at its campus in Entebbe, Wakiso District. The day brought together pupils, teachers, parents, guardians, and community members to celebrate academic progress, talent, and the resilience of our learners.
Celebrating Academic Excellence
During the ceremony, we proudly announced that 95% of our students were promoted to the next class—a remarkable achievement that reflects the dedication of our teachers, support from parents, and the hard work of our learners. The success of our students continues to affirm the mission of MAMI: empowering vulnerable and disadvantaged children with quality education built on love, care, and Christian values.
Performances That Inspired
The Speech Day featured a variety of captivating performances that highlighted the creativity and confidence of our pupils.
Learners presented a vibrant cultural dance, celebrating Uganda’s rich heritage and reminding everyone of the importance of identity and tradition. Their energy and unity captured the true spirit of community.
One of the most powerful moments was a heartfelt poem presented by the children, sensitizing parents and guardians about the long-term value of educating their children. The poem emphasized that education is not just a right, but a foundation for future opportunities, economic empowerment, and meaningful participation in society.
Learning Beyond the Classroom
To enrich the event, learners were taken on an educational factory tour, where they explored how real-life production processes work. This hands-on experience helped them connect classroom knowledge with real-world applications—an important step in shaping future innovators and problem-solvers.
